Personally I don't choose SBI since I can't stand the attitude of the staff. I had an 12 year old account which I needed to close down, for that I went. There was a proper process to be followed and the staff were very cooperative and helpful. I had to be there for the same reason 3 times, it was because of the system restrictions. I don't recommend SBI to anyone. But this branch stood out. Parking can become troublesome, the sbi has an adjecent building and they allow us to park . Keep up the good work of the branch.

Good atmosphere & parking facility also nice.customer service desk well especially counter no: 6 account opening section one Ms.Remya mam very helpful & supportive staff. Thank you

Taking too much time to open an account and pasaing account holders from one cabin to another for each steps there have to wait for long time, staffs are rude, while opeining an account they are forcing take insurance also

Went to update something on my profile. Had a very pleasant experience. All the staffs were super helpful.

Long waiting for transaction ... Poor service ... Staff very rude to customers ....If possible avoid this area

Please dont choose SBI . Their services in shambles . I have opened an account almost 35 days ago and still have not received my Debit card. Their contact numbers are never reachable neither is any alternative contact number available. Their internet services are a mess (Yono) and they almost force your/coerce you into taking their life insurance like you do not have a choice.

Worst attitude of staffs. I went there with 75 year old father in law(a cervical patient) for a forex transfer. 2 lady staffs were sitting idly there, despite my repeated request they have denied to do it siting the reason, sb account is not in the same branch. Whereas I have done the forex transfer from non home branch earlier.

bad service. the staffs attitude seems like they are lending their own money when we approach for any help or even to report if an atm is out of cash. Remember if there is no customer (poor and rich) then you dont have a job! What is the Branch manager doing ? he dont see the staffs rude attitude ?
