State Bank of India KHOWAI - Bank in Khowai - Khowai, India

My mom has been visiting this branch for several times just to inquire about her debit card status and it is very unfortunate that they can't provide a peice of information for many days. None of the employees are willing to provide information and they said they dont have any knowledge. Lastly they provided a person's contact number to get in touch with but the person is not available in bank for more then 7 days and the bank is functioning without any backup system. If the person doesn't come to office for a month then a customer can not get information or any help help due to lack of their administration and funtionality... These are to be reported to RBI portal and its a high time.

It already 10:22 and the bank is still not open. Like any other sbi service is not satisfy. Am not sure we are too follow covid protocol or not but no body is following the protocol.

Sbi bank some staff behaviour very rude they have no maaner to respect to customers. Others lower staff they're not respond any query my problem is bank link mobile number has filled up form after given they're not registered my mobile no useless staff

SBI Bank is a very important bank in Khowai district. This road is known as Bank Road for this bank. I went to this bank several times and the police station is just a little ahead.

Staffs who r working in the sbi khowai branch never give a minimum respect to the servent .The working process in that branch was thirdclass.
