I hv done 3 rounds for just new passbook, 1st time window closed in working time, 2 times empty chair in given time. Hopeless sbi staff..... For 1 work we hv to make many rounds. SBI needs improve more passbook pages... Improve staff quality.

This bank has a good staff. But as this is SBI there is a lot of rush here and you will have to wait in long queues for all the stuff. Even there is long queue for the atm as well. But according to my experience, SBI is the best bank to opt for. This bank is reliable and trustworthy and its net banking is also very good.

All ATM and all CDM machines are not working since last 3-4 days which are located beside branch. Very poor service by branch manager, inefficient person for the post.

Great service, Crowded place, Fast and efficient staff. Toilet and drinking water availability. Adopted counter system, Sitting arrangement is present, Security and entertainment for cutomers. Seperate counters for seprate task, Two floors for different work, Crowded at single window counter due to pensioners.

State Bank is a nationalised bank located near AK National School in Khamgaon. Loans and advances available here. Various deposit products also available. One can open Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits etc as per their needs. Only problem is you end up getting your time wasted as the service is very poor. Non attentive and non responsive staff. Go only if you know the product or service you seek for.

I went for linking my daughter's ppf account with my saving account online login... But nobody responding properly. Also no help desk to enquire about to whom table/person this work is being being assigned.

Useless staff... Nothing else.
