I will never give 1 star also...India's most bad, worst,rude , harassing,slow sbi branch in katwa. Never ever open an account from this branch. Some idiotic person ran this branch.. I have suffered a lot from this branch. I applied debit card but I never got debit card. I withdrawal a money from this branch. They told me I have an atm so I cant withdraw money manually. But I told him that I not recieved any debit card then that staff told me talk with deputy manager deputy manager told me talk with 9 number counter , 9 number counter staff told me talk with debit zone desk. They harassing me continuously 1 hour. Is this is a joke. This is the way? That you cooperate with your customer Like this. I will close my account soon from this fxxxxg sbi branch.i will complain against this branch to sbi regional hq.

Old yet Working but the there management is worst. Always we have to stand in a long line to withdraw money. Yes, they have many employees who get paid monthly by the indian government but still only one employee handle the whole queue for withdrawal.

Best bank at katwa ....state bank of india is very first,, This bank is very good ...

Worst customer service point (CSP). SBI server is the worst in the whole world. It's speed is less than 2G. New account openers are not given any importance. It's like they don't want any new customer. Overall Worst Bank In whole world, but i am talking about this bank only, #katwasbi

Too much waited in line pay , withdraw and update passbook printing. Staffs are not so many soft in behaviour.Main problems are minimum balance maintenance charges, Check bounces charges are too much in other bank charges.

Terrible service. You just get thrown from one counter to another. The bank is the best in India but staff is not good.

SBI is one of the best bank in India Although SBI staff not cooperating with people but since Katwa branch is little bit exceptional bcz the staffs are very cooperative with customers as well as they give modern facilities. Like ecorner, green channel, self passbook printing mechine , coin vending machine etc. Even there is lack of parking spaces but trust me sbi is not responsible for that all those fault in typical 'gramio' illiterate people's of Katwa. They park their vehicles in middle of the road. One rqst those local guides plzz dont missguide ppl..
