nice service u can spend Holliday. take one day leave for ur work and than only go for bank. whenever i visit i get very nice xp, they love to much to their customer never want to let them u to go easily. always give hospitality for 3-4hr for any official documents submission. make ur service better.
Bad experience, no caring, no services, no management. Not a single person listen and understand the problem faced to th customer. Only a simple work take 10 days to complete. I will transfer the account or close it as no one even take care of your response and replies.
Worst service. MANAGER is of no use don't why he is sitting on that chair. Staff more worst than manager mostly because they belong to same town no one is willing to work and not sure how this branch staff does not change from many years. Work is never done only ask money to do work.
People irresponsible always says customers come after 3:30 PM and closes bank at 4 PM no one will be available at desk at lunch hours as well

Bank is famous only due to old one. Karanja lad branch is also best only by the name not by the service provide in this branch. Manager not talks politely with account holder and not solve the problems faced by account holders. Other Nationalies banks in karanja lad are best than SBI for needy one. Please don't open the account in SBI branch for scholarships and other purposes. Not good for students. Use other banks for that.
Highly crowded always full of people. service is very irritating doesn't care for the people or the customers. Very bad management is present here. Genuinely there is a lot of problems to the people but it is a centre which is most important to common people
Correction is required in Bank timings in Google info. SBI is open on every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 11:00 AM to 04:30 PM IST..
