Like many others reviews this SBI branch is the worst in Jetpur. The staff simply wasting time. They don't help us in opening a new Bank Account. They say 'Net Problem'. The staff would like to sit in AC, that's it. I saw many others came to do some work with the branch, but no clue what to do, whom to contact, etc. No help desk / Not providing proper reply.
Very bad service provide by staff of this bank as well as manager. I have updated my KYC by leaving from my office and specially come to Jetpur from Rajkot for this process. they have just tell me your kyc updated it will affect after 24 hour. but next day i have checked kyc is updated but they have not attach my pan card with my account any I can not do any online and upi transaction
Worst bank in jetpur. Third class bank, I suggest if anyone want to open the account in this bank please do not open account in this bank. The service of this branch is third class. The bank employees of this branch did not give well response to the customers. They are wibbly to customers. Even they have no manners and they are not giving respect to customers.
