Very good SBI branch. Very professional.
Today's i visited this branch for depositing Rupee 15000 in my grandmother's account who is one of coustomer of this branch and Clerk (JA ) refused to accept that and asked me to do your transaction by atm or CSC and according to his order i visited the respective venue one by one but neither the machine accepted the transaction nor the CSC was opened so i again' visited the branch for asking to deposit the money here by making aware of atm malfunction and csc closing,but Mr JA (clerk) refused to accept the deposit and said i have wasted his time by asking for another mode of deposit and for me it was something that i feel i was insulted . The manager should tell his subordinates how to behave with coustomer and also teach them coustomer relationship ethics.
This branch is highly equipped with non functional staffs who feel that SBi is in his pocket. Digitally they are a big failure . Even E KYC is not facilitated here . clerks are very much irritating and giving free advices without cost .
SBI Kadirabad 6020. Very Crowded Bank. SBI Staffs are So Irritating and erogant. SBI services are too Bad. I know It's More eligible Government Bank. But Here staffs are too slow. They Don't know How To Assist Coustomers. I Think SBI needs to do More Training For Her Staffs.
SBI staffs are not so friendly. Overall good banking service
