Very bad service For a simple work you need to spent atleast 4-5 days. Favorite excuses *System not working *Server down today. *Staff is on leave Very bad staff..it's their habit to keep their customer waiting. Manager mr.Goswami is good person. But rest staff is not that good gud. Who all are concerned authority please Think about it

Very bad experience their branch cansume lot's of time in 1 work

State bank of india new grain market branch situated on the main delhi mathura highway. Previously this was in grain market. Facilities are good however sometimes their are so long queues. Nice sitting arrangements for the peoples waiting their for their work done. Staff is cooperative. Atm is also available with the branch. As well as automatic passbook printing machine.

Not a good staff in this bank. Everyone don't wanna to do their duty honestly. For 5 minutes work they waste our 1 an hour cose they don't want to do their duty honestly so I give only 2 stars..

Staff is good and humble. No rush here in the morning.

Interior of bank is ok, But the attitude of working persons is not good like Mr. Sharma, He constantly acts like he is frustrated.

This banks takes too much time to clear cheques and behaviour of staff is very rude.
