When it's good, it's really good. When it's bad, it's really bad. On one hand, the branch manager is really helpful and polite. However, some of the staff can be quite rude sometimes. Their server goes down frequently, due to which customers have to wait for a long time just for a simple work. Sometimes there's a shortage of staff as well, which again leads to customers waiting for a long time. Also, the queues at the branch need to be managed more efficiently.
One of the most third class bank under the public sector, for a single work you have to keep on waiting for 3 hours and sometimes whole day. Very delayed work culture , no sufficient staff, only one staff handling all the work, customers are waiting for throughout the day. One staff is only servicing to only 10 people . Govt should provide more staff for better service, work load is huge but few staff. Counter are vacant ,only one staff running the full unit.other staffs are hiding behind or busy doing internal work.

Food is fresh, healthy and tasty. The behaviour of the owner & his staff is very courteous. Nice ambience of the place. Overall had a pleasant experience at Tasty Zilla.
There are some stairs you have to climb to reach here on the top of the hill. Surrounding view from here is awesome. You can see the aerial view of the Jhalda Town. I was there during my Purulia Palash Ride in February 2023.
