Account opening concerned lady is so rude . She doesn't deserve the post she need to resign her job and show her all anger on her husband rather showing on us. I go to bank for account opening at 3.00 pm she denied with loudly to come on morning , after this bank I reached to main branch they opened the account very quickly . Why the hell she is working there .
Worst experience as same as all SBI banks ..if you are going to deposit another branch ..they don't accept They just gave you unrealistic reasons if you ask ..they keep tell you to use deposit machine ..please dear SBI you can save money by just installing more deposit machines by removing them
It's a government bank, so you have to wait long in the queue, the babus here are very slow. Zero cares are given to the customers because they have a wide rural customer base and they don't expect much from a bank, SBM is also least bothered to serve them better.
As Indian reputed bank do respond the landline call, i have been trying call from last days.. what is the use to have an account in SBI..
Gud Branch.....but never pic the calls (Landline)...please do replay to the customer calls as many of them will be important & highly informative.
