Staff & manager of branch r totally duffer. There server is always slow. Always they r telling lie. Govt ko sbi bank band kar dena chaiye. In se acha private bank hai

Being the main State Bank of India branch of Jaunpur District there is always too much rush and crowd. The branch is not that Modernized and tech savvy as compared to new branches of SBI. Staff over here is little less when it comes to customer support. Overall the present staff is quite helpful. Average time spent here is 30-45 mins.

Very nice and best services are serving here. It provides 24 hours and 7 days ATM services. You can withdraw and deposit money at the ATM here. There is also a passbook automatic printing machine.

People should avoid this particular branch ,for a small work they will make u run from counter to counter for multiple days. Worst service and abusive staff. I have not seen such a disgraceful staff, pathetic.

Very bad services. Staff are not willing to help. You have to plead then hardly someone agreed to listen. male and female lines showing for 2 counters but for female line is only on one counter . I feel bad when I saw that ladies sitting on the floor for hrs in long queue. Token machine is not working. They give preference to their known people and police department people.

Very bogus service. I requested so many times to transfer my account to Ghaziabad branch but till date no action. it is almost 1.5 years but they don't bother to transfer my account infact I sent them my documents via Speed post before 6 month but then too no Action. What to do. Lazy bank, lazy services, and very lazy employees.
