Very worst and pathetic customer service of staff including manager... They work as if they are doing free service... Just for Kyc information , I need to wait long and run from one counter to another.. Better to send these people home and get new team...

Pros: 1. Great location 2. Range of services 3. Helpful staff Cons: 1. Too crowded every time 2. Lesser Staff and high number of customers (Cramped office space)

Good bank in heart of the city but now the building has been conjugated to today's business and now a days population it is having almost all government accounts and all government servents salary accounts and entire city business the bank building should be improved

One of the worst place to be, staff were lazy enough to avoid things, I requested to change my mobile number twice but it seems they thrown it into a dust bin. And my mobile number still unchanged.

Staff works like they are working for a social cause & doing a tremendous favours on the customers

Full of people, no one cares about you, employees dont respond quickly.

Crowded place they have to shift bank to some other big building since it's very small building.
