Good SBI Branch, it's cozy to sit there, staff is helpful, deposit and withdrawal services are quicker compared to other branches. I pay my all loan's EMI, IT challan etc through this branch, NEFT RTGS etc services are also good. A cheque deposit machine, green corridor swipe deposit etc makes it useful and save time. Manager is equally helpful. Separate loan section to cater all your loan related needs. All Stationary are provided by security gaurd if you fail to find any thing in the basket. Token system is also there which starts operating very well if branch gets crowded.
Recently the bank people are calling and asking to visit the branch with AADHAR and PAN for getting a cashless card. They are basically selling CREDIT cards but not giving information about this on call. Please don't make customers visit the branch unnecessarily.
Quality service fast work done and lot of facilities in this branch. Located in civic center area of bhilai maybe best place to open bank account because of fast service provided by them.
It is having queue token system and very helpful staff.
