Worst service.. specially loan department. No one response until you go and ask. For5mins work they take half day time

Landlines nd contact number are not updated and no one has responsibility to take initiation towards customer service.

I am a regular customer from the past 10 years and have received excellent service from the SBI Staff till date. Recently, I had an issue regarding the activation of the Automated Clearing House (ACH-E Mandate). Relationship Manager (Mr. Rajan Bharadwaj) and IT Coordinator (Ms. Ashwini) has resolved the issue in an expeditious manner. Branch Manager (Ms. Sai Lakshmi) should be very proud of having these employees in her team. With this, I have no hesitation in stating that SBI Serilingampally staff work hard to ensure that every customer feels like they are one of the most valued customers visiting this Branch.

Most worst service ever...I went to close my car loan account,the attitude of staff is too harsh,no respect to customers even for senior citizens of 70plus) and handicapped customers (they are made to wait in line ) , while employees being busy in personal calls. Only two counters work for public transactions. Average time to complete the transaction is 2 hrs atleast . More than all, customer is not a god to this bank but an insect .

If you dont have any work and want to spend hours and hours for small banking related work then go here. The staff are most useless. They dont have the common sense to not accumulate people in lines due to covid. They are well protected behind their desks. They take forever to even do small tasks.

THE WORST SBI BRANCH ON EARTH! You can see COMEDY FUN DRAMA their except work. No special status for old age people & illiterate people. For 1 work minimum you have to wait for 2 hours. I suggest not to open any account in this branch find other branches to avoid all this. Moreover, If you want to see the QUEEN of this branch then meet their Branch Manager

Worst sbi branch ever! They don't have any knowledge! They dont know how treat, However they definitely know how to avoid customer queries! Constant words"Go there, go that counter, go and ask that person"
