State Bank of India Main Branch hazaribag Jharkhand is one of the best banking service at hazaribag. All the staffs are very polite and helpful . The campus of bank is too good. Place is also near the old bus stand and is too good. It is on the prime location of hazaribag. Must open your account in this bank.

As being the head branch of the district you may find it always crowded

very bad work environment. No co-operation with customers. No one will pick up the telephone. They just keep the pnt phone reciever away from telephone so that no phone can connect. Poorest staff ever seen. Goverment is doing good making these peoole suffer alot.

Very poor service provided by the staffs and they think of them self as they are the owner

I had rated 5 star on 2014 and now rated 1 bcz of the degradation of service. ATM counter employee was absent whole day but ticket has generated and hence I wasted my whole day there waiting for my No.. And finally my token no. never come. Token no. is also generated random just like lottery system. Any number can be called any time. So you have to stay alert every second for your call which is so irritate. Ready to waste Your whole day then open account here.

Staff.s behave bad

Staffs are misbehaving with customers, Very rude and disappointed, they are Not active also never solve our problem , I must see that they can be replace
