Pathetic staffs all with half baked knowledge. Not recommended at all.

One of the most worst banking system. Staffs are not at all cooperative. Every time they are absenting themselves. Their nature of job is much irritating. Once I enter for barcode for the bank passbook on today , they said barcode is out of stock since one month. When I approach to the clerk, she told that she is unable to update passbook.

One of the busiest branchs in the calcutta suburbs. Serves many areas of Halisahar and kanchrapara. But the office management is not so good & very unprofessional.
