Worst staff manejar so good person

Staff and manager Not responding the costumers problems

Worst staff behavior including Branch manager. Closed the entry door at 4pm and locked all the customers inside the bank and not allowed go out up 4.30pm.

No proper token system have wait for long for any kind of service to be done
