Worst bank with worst customer service.....the employees are real tortoise and timid types... never cared about customers.....I had a very bad experience with those stupid employees .... especially very very worst customer service ... Section 5 and section 6 employee working there is real worst tortoise and they never cared about customers....my rating for them is zero. This is why people don't like government organisations because of these kind of worst behaviour with customers

Branch Manager Mr. Sudhershun Sir and his Team are very energetic, friendly, customer oriented,... I find the services are fast and see it from all employees in this branch with smile. Appreciated and keep it up team.

This is the only branch that has Cash Deposit Machines/ATMs in Gobichettipalayam but they never seem to be operative. They don't even place "out of order" boards. You have to insert your card and enter all the necessary details just to find the message "sorry for the inconvenience". Don't even bother going to these ATMs on Sundays because they are for sure not working on typical weekends.

Hello All, I just entered to this bank to change My Initial of Name in My Bank Account These care less bank staff wrongly put my initial in my bank account. they have made a mistake when my account opening. but they have not realized their mistake. they asked me to give request letter . again xerox copy of ID proof. I take given again. I have few question for their SBI Mangement? 1. It was their mistake then Why I should follow them? 2. Why I should give my ID Proof again again? 3. For this issue they informed me to wait 2 days .why i should wait to change my initials? 4. No point of Contact. No valid phone numbers. No proper customer service What are works they have for this nationalized banks. Please remember the nationalized banks are to serve the people. Waste Management.. worst Service in All over india
