Not one reason, I can give you all 5 reasons for hating this branch. 1. Constant rule of counter lining is absent here, every second day the token system got stop. Because of that too much hazard creates here. 2. Number of counter is not sufficient for the customers. 3. The inner waiting area is too short for a branch like this. 4. You will not get satisfy with the behaviour of the branch workers. 5. Internet link problem is the biggest problem of this branch, every second day you will get back to your home without completing you bank work because of this. I am a customer of this branch from last 5-6 years. But no development has done yet.

I wish I could have rated this branch " 0 " rating, unfortunately its not possible so I have to rate 1. 1. Only one single counter is functional. 2. New passbook are not been issued, since people cant get an update for their existing account. 3. Rude behaviour of the employee. 4. 90% time Atm is also not functional.

Bad reputation of the branch from ages and thanks to it's Rude,Lazy,Irresponsible,Good for nothing employees for carrying out the tradition so perfectly. Sometimes i feel they are not suitable for the chair. No Knowledge about their own system , i have to teach them.

Employee are helpful. But the bank is always overcrowded.
