I want to give Minus ratings,Hopeless Branch with Clueless helpless Manager.My account got hacked and 6k got debited,All over from Mumbai I came to My home branch to lodge complaint acc. To customer care, I did and fulfill all possible documents too which i could gather by roaming here and there,Still branch manager wanted me to travel more 70km for few papers more, God knows Why?? Acc. To RBI rules in any way if money is debited by hacking the bank will refund,Still i was doing all necessities according to manager, but clearly he was not intrested in refunding my money as if i was asking from his pocket, I gave him all the.proof, Stil he was hopelessly Helpless, iI strongly suggests not to open your account in this bank, if u do already have then dont expect any help

Good service...all staff try to support the people. Villagers don't try to learn new technology like online banking or internet banking...even they don't apply for ATM card... Use ATM for cash withdrawal because of Rush you can not get money via filling slip and all... Passbook printing machine is there. You can deposit cash via machine here. Crowded place... Easily accessible...
