Phatetic service.. Visited the barnch on 12th September for new account opening. Made me wait for nearly 2hrs for opening an account. When enquired about delay staffs explaining that only 1 employee has the access for account opening. If state bank cannot hire people bette you shut down the bank. Or else get some training from other private banks and learn how they handle customers

They take too much time for any small procedures, don't recommend this at all
