Very poor customer service. They don't even receive the landline phone during banking hours. The lady BMgr is busy with her makeup most of the time we visit the branch. For getting one certificate, we need to go 2-3 times.. Better to avoid this branch !!

Senior citizens please beware of this branch! They will target your retirement money and try every possible way to put the money into schemes without understanding client's requirement.

I have never had such bad experience with a bank. All the staffs are always very rude. Specially the manager. She never helps the clients rather tries to harass them.

I just love the energy of the Branch Manager, she helped me alot. We need such folks in PSU Banks
