State Bank of India DINHATA - Bank in DIST:COOCH BEHAR, Dinhata - Coochbehar, India

The work speed and the behavior of the employees are now getting good than few years before, the manager is very gentle. But the crowd need to be handled thus I gave 3 stars because the bank's space is too small to handle the people and also the counter numbers are too low. But you can open your account here because this is the new SBI with many youth employees and better infrastructure.

State Bank Of India is located nearby in our area so i open my saving account from that bank ,customer service was good, I got my bank statement on time the bank agent informed me every details required. It is very easy and convenience for money deposits.

If you're thinking of opening up a new ac please reconsider by reading this :- They don't maintain time, their duty 10 am - 2 pm is good enough still have flaws their behaviour isn't good if you ask anything of the staff, they'll reply you in anger to go check another counter they're too busy in their own world they don't have enough seats to sit they keep customer/clients standing their services isn't even that good ! Recently(like 12 days ago) submitted an application for ATM card & they left the paperwork on seen they didn't even issued the paperworks, today I thought 'let's check the status of my ATM card ' then I gotta know at this point I don't even know it's review or just my frustration.please do reconsider again.

SBI Bank is very good as Govt

Worst experience, and some employers(not all) are too lazy and they delay customers especially the man who take ATM forms,,,

This Bank stays busy at every day any time so you couldn't get your service well . You'll have to be patience until the bank employees not notice you .
