Rude staff all the SBI branches visited this is the worst one I have experienced. They have a habit of delaying your work, it's overcrowded, make you roam multiple counters, even I didn't get the solution on taking with Branch Manager He behaved as if our work is of no importance or we are having handful of time in our hands. if you have single work(like updating kyc, changing youry mobile numbernetc) here make sure that you have a day in hand because they are having the ability to postpone it to the last extent when a person gets completely fed up. Many peoples face the same issue and I'm writing on behalf of everyone as no body listens the problem faced. I wrote this review when I got tired by their habit of delaying a work

SBI branch is the biggest branch of Daltonganj city but it is bigger than the name only, its system is worse than the small. In the name of technology, the public is fooled. The biggest example of this is that the link fails, the head is not sitting, not the deputy branch manager. I have sat facing these problems myself and the biggest problem is that if you want to open your account, then you leave all business and fall behind the bank that in 3 months you will be ejected in opening the account.

This branch of SBI is the worst branch I have ever visited. I'll mention you one of the many bad experiences I had. Just for collecting my Debit card they made me to come to Branch multiple number of times and still I haven't received it. I even talked to Branch Manager and he also gave me another time just to collect my Debit card. What else can we expect from this Branch, whose Branch manager(Mr Ajit Kumar) says (baithiye na aram se fan laga hua hai, ek ghanta baithiye) These are the words told to me and other peoples facing the same issue even when time was 17:30 as if we have handful of time in our hands. When it comes to service I generally don't expect much from SBI and it's peoples!!! There many other issues with this Branch which I'm not mentioning here. Little bit work needed on crowd but overall experience is good

I dont know why people are giving more than 1 star.. May be they don't have sbi account..

Even after being main branch it lacks proper orientation towards costumer satisfaction , Delay in work is very common problem , staffs are also not cooperative
