State Bank of India - Bank in Tiruppur, Murugampalayam - Tiruppur, India

No one pays attention to the customer at the bank. They come at 10 o'clock and then wait for half an hour. When we come, they don't respond at all. They are very rude. They are very rude. All the customers who come to them are just throwing waste. They are cursing and leaving. They are doing very bad things, they make us wait for a full day, our customers call us but they don't respond.waste branch,worst branch,then capin 2 fat lady very worst

Just like a normal SBI bank, nothing special. Usual crowded and felt a little difficult to locate.

It is the worst SBI bank branch providing worst service in Tirupur. My house is situated near Nallur. The ATM provided outside the bank is always out of order and they never sort out problems immediately. They also have few people who never takes care of customers, they yell at us and they only concentrate on their personal problems and talk on phone for a long time without working. There is this lady sitting in the front and always talks personal matters on phone. There is no proper guidance given for customers for what they should do if they need something. The Manager never minds anything about customer service. He just carries out his office works. Only one or two people does their work properly ( should not blame all ). They must understand that they work for people and should guide them in all aspects instead holding their heads high.

Staffs can be more in number. Have a customer friendly experience with loan section staff. Waiting time is bit more, but they are patient enough in dealing customers.

Center to all local area and need of good communication in tamil than good infrastructure and centerlised air conditioning is provided , need of parking 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler, more crowded bank , providing a good water supply and have a good rest room facility......good branch in Tirupur

Worst banking service. Don't statified the Customer need and compliment. Sbi Empolyees only say go to next counter.Improper customer handling.

Very good banking service provided but More crowd on first and last working days of the week.You should have more patience to get the monthly statement..
