State Bank of India COLACHEL - Bank in Colachel - Kanniyakumari, India

In my point S.B.I customer care is very poor.. the bank staff very busy in computer.. the may i help you board is there but the staff is not helpful. I don't know what they do in the computer m and the bank was always full with customer and take too much time.. for deposit and withdraw the staff prefer the customer to use the machine. But they don't know all the customers have knowledge to use the machine or not. They machine with full crowd and take more and more time for deposit or withdrawal.. always i have bad experience with the bank. We customer have more doubts and the bank staff they only make clear our doubts becoz we don't have the bank knowledge. But the bank staff they think everyone knows about everything.. they y the Bank keep u in work as a staff.. move everyone and place machine on their place. Thankyou

Worst staff.staff don't know the bank working days.i going to the bank Mar 31, but they advise come to April 3.i am going to April 3 .I am shocked. This bank gate is closed.after i checking in Internet,April 3 is government holiday.This bank staff blaming me.Totaly waste that day 15 km travel and waste of my petrol expense and time .

Worst customer service I've ever seen Attitude of the staff is like we are their house maid . I would never visit this place again

Worst service... Employees are not doing their work... If u go to this bank ur full day will b wasted in the bank... They won't attend phone calls... Total waste bank in colachel... Put ur money in this branch and you need to beg them to get it back... Go for tmb near it..
