Worst service ever, employees don't understand the value of customer. Always trying to send customer to the next counter. Even manager is also doing same behavior.

Worst experience.. My account was lien marked without any reason and the reason is not known to branch people only. No proper response from bank people. SBI should have a proper customer care instead of suggesting customers to contact branch for everything.

Closing Before time...They dont care about customers... I have been stopped out side bank by 4: 15 pm for new passbook issue whereas closing time is 4:30pm... really bad experience
