Worst Bank in Bantwal Taluk. Staffs are still behaving like old generation people. They get angry if we ask anything. Such a low class mentality staffs and manager.

Since one year several times i have submitted application and KYC docs to Update Mobile number.but still im not receiving OTP Pathetic service. Customers have to visit minimum 3-4 times for one pending work very bad experience.

Loan section staff are very supportive.

Very bad service, they are busy talking in phone. for debit and crediting money i use ATM only that is well maintained, once I visited there for changing the passsbook for new book I am standing in front of the employee for 10-15 minutes. She is fully busy in Mobile, then after she changed book, very bad service

Worst bank of bantwal city, staffs are not interested in customers care, they treat same way to senior citizens. We applied for atm(debit card) and since it's from 2month we didn't get. Last month went to brnch aand asked but no response., branch staffs are only interested in their transaction but not a single customer,...

One of the worst experiences ever... I have visited a couple of banks, and their service was good. But this bank needs to improve a lot we have to beg them to get our work done. I say do not open an account here if not are a calm minded person and do not want the hassle of staying in line and so on. Did not expect this kind of service from SBI. A nationalised and reputed name that too.. By the way I closed my account and guess what, they told there will be a charge of 570rs to close an account... wow ache din..

Staffs of this branch dont even deserve a single star rating

Every year I am updating Mobile No with the branch, but I never get the SMS for the transaction. But at the year end, they debit the charges!!!
