The employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like we are inconveniencing them by being there.

Worst services i've ever seen in the banking culture. Some employees are very rude and behave like illiterates. Not customer friendly at all. Would recommend.. please go and open account somewhere else than SBI.. customer services are far more relevant than some points of increased interest rates.

Worst experience in the banking services....Only the Branch Manager behaves properly, all the other employees are ill mannered and they only transfer work, if you want to get something accomplished, you need at least 3 hours
