Located in a good place near bhilai sector 1 , RBO is adjacent to it...easy to reach through auto..very good location and best one

Very bad experience, when I visited for my life certificate, in my opinion some of the bank staff are not customer friendly.

"Good infrastructure by sbi with almost all facilities " but sometimes gets too much crowded line bhi lagni padti hai

Worst experince in this branch, I went today for making DD, they gave me the form and cheque but didnt correctly told about which place in the form, what information has to be filled correctly. Due to which i filled some informations in wrong places of the form. After which she talked to me rudely which i didnt liked. I'm never gonna visit this place again in my life, poor customer service.

Nice place to roam and spend time with love ones. Bank is very spacious that you can even do picnic in it and play musical chair. Employees are also very helpful and kind ,they will guide you to that counter which is good for spending time . You can also use this bank as a gym and do some cardio like walking, jogging etc.

Wrost experience, especially Counter no. 15 Deputy branch manager, The behaviour of the manager is very rude.

Worst experience, the staff should guide the customers properly. Our time and energy is not important for them.They will only send you from one place to another.

For my small thing to get updated , you have to wait for long time & then employees of bank (Clerk) will say ,Kal Aana. They r running away from their given responsibility ,Bank Manager is itself an example.
