Making people to roam here and there between the counters......employees should be organized and should be aware of entire procedures. Even a kindergarten student can do stuff if he/she is obliged to do the same procedure everyday. Took me a whole day to open an account!!

Staff not willing to work. Rude at customers. Worst experience I had

rude answering staff, no one wants to work by simply saying 'branch under renovation'

I would rate zero if available. Worst bank, staff including BM r rude

This bank is good service for people, but full rush

This bank is always busy staff working is very slow

Worst staff and BM. None cooperate with its customers.
