Superb newly constructed building with good facilities and very spacious. Nice infrastructure. Good maintenance. Staff are also trying to do their best. Gold Loans, Home Loans are available here.

Depends sometimes on our approach and attitude also. Private banks staff also are not very unapproachable now a days. Address is changed for this bank. Its behind St. Ignetius high school

Worst service. Staff are impolite and rude. They think customers are fools. There is no proper communication. Filled with Lazy staff. Better do things online or change branch. I decided to close my account after multiple pathetic experiences.

Staff service here is shame to the bank. They do not care about customers and it is a pain to take your hard earned money from the account. Taking a statement costs Rs 350 and it is quite ironical.

The best bank , I have ever seen. Of course I agree that they took lot of time to do one process.but the manger is very friendly and very kind .If the customer is patient, his self did so much help. Thank you very much sir.

Worst bank of all the banks I have seen. Customer interaction is zero and not even a person working in the bank can tell which counter to go when a person comes with a query.zero star should be given for banks like this.

Staff needs to be bit friendly and attentive towards customers. Now the bank was moved to the lane beside joy alukkas showroom beside lane in Amaravathi road.

People here need to adhere to a firm process for payments to save our valuable time. Everytime I visit this place, there is a new process doing rounds
