Even It doesn't deserve one star , there is a security in that bank he was thinking that he was the ceo of SBI bank ....i have visited more then 5 to 6 time in a month to open a new account,but everytime he told me "today it can't be done so, go and come next Monday"ok but that's not my actual problem his tone of speaking is non sense and he never responded proper to our questions .......... otherwise its ok

Poor service by the employees.. Want to wait for long time for banking. Employees of this bank will give priority only to customers having deposits... Indian overseas bank & Tamilnadu mercandile bank of arumanai branch provides better service than this bank..

Worst Service here, the staffs were not clear about the process especially the staffs in gold loan section.It will take two days to take out the gold. The Appraiser was always be late, only 14 tokens are given per day, even though people are waiting from morning 8 clock. Worst Experience ever, i will advice you guys to avoid this bank at any cost.
