The number 5 and 6 counters in the bank Where a new bank account is opened , this counter's officer's tiffine eats or takes more than one hour, this officer is not seen after waiting hours in hours, being bored to stay up to stayed to get back to us... I'm burdened to the officer of this counter....

Very good customer service at this location every time I have been there, however, expect to spend 45 minutes in line most of the time. It's a very busy location during most hours of the day; even before opening there is typically a line waiting outside.

Service ??????horrible, terrible. Waist bank service in hole of India. Manager are no value respect from other stuff. Who print passbook, he think he is a zonal manager. His attitude is very funny. If u are some get fun pls stand passbook entry line. U Will some fun to see his. Other staff are time pass. I told them how will I invest my pension money. They said for mutual fund. Rabbiss. What a bank yaar.

Nowadays employees are polite and helpful..
