Very bad experience bcoz Mr Ajay Tayade don't have knowledge how to talk customer. Rudly behaviour nd rubbish language. Plz take action on them. Otherwise I will transfer my account to other city.
Worst Bank ever... Their lunch break ends at 2:30 but they come to their respective counters at 3:00 and if you argue with them on this topic they'll say.. jao tumhara kaam nhi hoga.... Worst staff ever... Kindly take an action against them
Cash deposit machine is constantly out of service.The staff is mostly unresponsive.Atm is always crowded with no privacy to enter Atm Pin. No proper place for parking. Pass book printing machine is not available most of the times. Student or age group of students are mostly fooled by the staff.

There are only 5 counters available in the branch, among these 5 counters, one counter always remains closed and sometimes two also. You need to wait atleast 30 mins to deposit a cash, for cash withdrawal due to high crowd(account holders). Here, cash deposit machine and two state bank ATM are available but you need to wait in the queue.
Worst service from the bank. Staff is extremely non-cooperative and disrespectful with customers. Many services are available in this branch but still they ask their customers to go to main branch.
The staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. I'm a student and wanted to open a new bank account, and because of this horrible customer service, guess I'll go with HDFC or ICICI or any of the dozens more.
Bank is very well but staff is hope less 5 counters in bank and 2 counters always closed but atm is well staff not available in branch for costumers plz change the staff
