Cash deposit works efficiently but they should keep more atm machines as per the loads of of customers. People have to wait a lot for the cash. Sometimes atm doesn't function properly.

A new height of arrogance is defined by the staff of this branch. They do a favour on customers by working as if not getting paid or doing some kind of social service. Did a complaint of a particular staff member on their customer feedback number but no response. Nothing is going to change their attitude towards customers. Stay away from this branch if you possibly can !!!!
Submitted documents for sukanya yojana for my daughter 1 week ago so that I could open an account before her first birthday. Pathetic staff. Service manager collected the documents promptly and verified and passed it to account opening staff member one Mr sonawane. He is on leave since then and when I went to check the status today, they can't even find the submitted form and documents.this is really the worst I could ask for from a bank for whom I have been a loyal customer for last 8 years.
