I have applied for gold loan,gold taken at 10 am and process completed at 13 pm so, it will take 3 to 4 hours. They said system problem. I don't know which system they are on use. I am not going to complaint against employee they can't do anything. That bank system problem. Total day spoiled.
I have never seen such a unprofessional behavior on the employees and managers as well. Employees not even have the proper knowledge on the schemes and other benefits. They don't even follow the work ethics. I suggestion all the people who value their time and proper way of banking better to avoid this bank and use some other banks the Town..i will not waste your time and money..worst services
