This Bank is in Kharar. SBI bank is good Bank but the staff is unprofessional , they always try to avoid the work . I had came here for #homeloan , I thought they will entertain me as I am from defence but person was not interested to brief anything . His first response "aaj kal sab internet me hai aap yahan ki puch rahe ho " I was like arre namune agr mujhe clear hota to sbi me ku ata. Still i asked for it .. he said "ek se ded mahina lagega" without telling me documents . Anyways i went back to Bank of baroda they gave me with in a week . This is just an example of SBI . Customer service need to be improved .

No customer support. They didn't care about customer loss . Always sit idle and enjoy their mobile phone. Due to people like this confidence of cyber criminals increasing

Amazing service,able to withdraw cash. Really impressed by sbi atm services all the time.

Worst bank. My experience there was gross thoroughly. Branch manager , senior associate ( navneet kaur ) and assistant manager (praneet kaur) behaviour is absurd. They were shouting at each other for communicating. They only take care of those customers politely , who make them profit in some ways . Felt the aura of discrimination all around the place. I was standing in queue for almost 30 mins and if someone ask why the whole process is taking alot of time then they just give the reason that " it's a bank and you know how the bank works ". In front of my eyes they were just talking loudly and not listening to blind man's problem and after speaking their perspective they were not listening to him and said "that's it ,it's the end of the conversation " . They only give attention to loan coustomers. Whole experience was awful and not even deserves one star.

I have worst experience with this branch .. not even a single day the atm service work ... when ever i suppose to deposit cash in deposit machine is not working .. if there is an 0 star rating option than i will give them that one..

Will not even give 1 star buy don't have other option. Not sure where to complain as we (consumers) don't have access to any authority who can keep the check. RBI Should think of making such branch which will keep the check on Banks service. Full of uneducated people. Who hire such a people who don't even know basics of their domain. Highly unprofessional and their existing Manager seems like selected on Quota as she don't have any knowledge of banking and all. She did made some false commitments and later denied. I am very disappointed as with such people India will be going to fall.

Best service in town. Friendly staff.
