The worst bank experience ever. They are not at all cooperative. The behavior towards the customers is very rude. Do teach them how to talk to people properly. They don't even know how to do there job in a sincere manner. Really disappointed
Awesome staff seems to be quite knowledgeable in what they do. Best part is they listen to customers and solve their queries. I had a very good experience with this branch. Would like to specially appreciate lady on counter 3 and the bank manager for resolving issues I had with my account. I would highly recommend this branch
1. SMEc SBI bank Horamavu branch people saying that renewal not happens non submission of documents, i don't have any proof for that i dosent know that bank people also cheat their customers thats why i didn't get any acknowledgement for submission of documents. 2. And my account was forcefully settled by torturing us on March 2021, But why is that my account is closed on 07-01-2022 which means after 10 months( in the same way concern persons from SME Bansawadi played with me almost 2 years by tacking documents 3-4 times) , which i have proof with me and attaching the same for your reference. 3. Because of this issue i could able to Rs 50 Lkhs Construction loan for almost for Rs 2 Crore Property and my construction is stopped in the middle due these people irresponsible and lies. Horrible experience. No token system. No queue. Its like fish market. Just 4 counters and hundreds of people. If anything you ask the only answer you get is " Go to home branch". For senior citizen/disabled people no separate counter. If you want to waste your valuable time then only visit this bank.I would prefer No star unfortunately its not an option here. so One.
Worst customer service, employees were talking on their phones more than treating the physically present customers No social distancing Employees were not wearing masks Even though the bank is in Karnataka employees communicate in HINDI, which again is a disgrace to our native language. All in all worst bank to start your banking needs
Good staff. But they take little bit more time, due to huge rush. Ultimately they solve our problem. Mrs.Vijaya lakshmi, asst.mgr.,(counter no.03), Mrs.Shobha nataraj, cash head, & Mrs.Sushmita in the reception counter, who take care about customers. I especially, thanks to them and all.
