They take your interview. You cleared it. Then they give you a slip and ask you to wait for the call for training.. Then your time wasted in waiting for their response. And no one tries to contact you. If you don't want to hire candidate then why you took the interviews and ask them to wait? Staff were friendly and supportive but the management is really poor. Secondary there is no proper parking. You have to park on road at your own risk.
I have no experience in BPO industry. But according to their employees views I think this is the best place to starting your business career... And I am looking for a job in line with my education and skill so i want to know more about flipcart cse process....
The best company in Lucknow. Due to some family issues I had left my job but I will rejoin there again. You will get many facilities like offs. Rotational shifts. They provide PF also. They have great HR team. You don't need to face any kind of harassment as the HR policies are very strict. Office environment is great, big cafeteria, supportive team. To remove your stress, you will play small games. But the only thing you should learn is how to work in this sector. You will learn a lot if you are working properly.

It's a very bad place to work. I have worked for about 8 months. I left the company 2 months ago but still they have not paid my whole salary and now they are just ignoring all the mails. If you join Startek keep tabs of your salary and Don't believe what they are saying.. The hr will say the salary will come you will get paid but after sometime they stop taking your calls and don't pay you.
Best place to work you will face crowd in interview area but after completing interview you have to wait for call If you are selected then you will work with this company everything is fantastic after completing interview
