Starlit Suites Tirupati - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

It's ok place for a overnight stay. You can expect much here. The food is also average at best. You can order on zomato or swiggy, they deliver whatever you want. We did that for dinner. Rooms are spacious and decent nothing much to get rave about. It's clean and functional. Service is good, whatever we asked was promptly fulfilled or responded to. Only issue, no proper TV channels, ofcourse if you are there only to sleep the night then it should not matter to you.

Hotel doesn't have WiFi also. Once you ask for password to reception, they will say, they will call us back in 2 minutes and that will never happen.. It will minimum 30 minutes (even for masala papad) to get the food. Taste of food is so so.. Sufficient car parking area.. Rooms are okay. You don't even get bath towel.. Need to ask house keeping to get.. Forget about the toiletries items...

I stayed 3 nights as a club mahindra member. Somany floors with swimming pool. Nice morning breakfast. Only needy tasty varieties and cheap. Only grievance is they have free channels Only. Very poor for a star hotel. Good parking place.free tv channels Only available very fair

A great place to stay at in tirupati. Spacious rooms and the staff is also responsive. Went there to party with a group of friends and enjoyed a lot. The only downside is that the restaurant closes at 10 and due to the location of the hotel, it is not very easy to get food around. However you can go to the bus stand which is just a km away and get cheap street food any time of the day.

I booked 4 nights 5 day stay here in Dec 2022 . Location: The location of the hotel is very difficult to access. In Tirupathi all most all roads were under repair back then and we had to take a detour of 3-4 kms to reach this hotel due to road repairs Hotel & Rooms: it appeared that Hotel just opened the doors to public and there are things still to be done. I expected a lot from the hotel based on their pictures and content on the web but it turned out to be real dampening. I requested the staff to show rooms which they obliged, rooms are just average. The hotel is bing promoted as all suite hotel so it has live upto mark but reality is opposite. You can find many hotels with similar standards from local hotels . So finally I cancelled my stay and booked my self in ITC / Fortune group hotel where everything was perfect. Customer service: when asked for cancellation policy the reception desk said they are unaware of the procedure. I was directed to the same team which did my reservation. Getting the money back was a daunting task although I accepted their condition - 1 day full charges towards cancellation. It took 3 weeks to the money back after continuous follow up. So to summarise very bad experience The staff is not trained to manage clients and their expectations

Good place to stay. Not much options as eateries are a km away. The breakfast inhouse was good. Rooms are clean. Shower can be better.

We stayed at the hotel for a night but we're happy with the clean spacious rooms, a very helpful staff, and good food. The chef looked after our needs personly and the reception staff was efficient and ensured a great stay. Will definitely visit again if required. Highly recommended

Excellent room , supportive staff and food was awesome . Breakfast with lot of varieties and great taste. Easily accessible location .I prefer my stay with Starlit whenever I vist Tirupati .
