Really good gym..has good trainers and moderate equipment for the money they charge. It's conveniently located as well and has a small area for parking two wheelers. Not very crowded especially during off hours so you can easily finish your workout in peace. There are fitness products that you can buy here in the reception. Well stocked materials for stretching are there and it's spacious.
Trainers are very helpful and generous. I've been working out here for past 3 months and I have improved a lot mentally as well physically. People are also very friendly and helpful. Would really recommend.
For the last 3 years I have been working out in this gym....the gym is exactly one could think of, the management is very good , the trainers are very helpful and friendly.The best thing about this gym is it's atmosphere.This is one of the best gyms in the Ajay nagar/Highland park area.Recently they have renovated the gym and its looking amazing... Good place to exercise and train provided you have the will to continue. They have all the gym equipments you will ever need. Good trainers are available all the time who will clarify what kind of exercise is good for you or how to use a particular equipment. All you need to do is not give up.
