When it comes to coffee, Starbucks needs no introduction. With their countless outlets worldwide, one might think they all offer a similar experience. However, my recent visit to the Starbucks Outlet at Ambala expressway shattered all preconceptions and left me with an experience unlike anything I have encountered before. Walking through the entrance, I was immediately captivated by the ambiance of the cafe. It was a delightful fusion of traditional warmth and futuristic elements. The soft lighting and comfortable seating arrangements exuded a sense of cozy familiarity, while the carefully integrated state-of-the-art technology added a touch of modernity that was both refreshing and enchanting.
We always take a stop here while travelling on this highway. The is the Starbucks between Chandigarh to Delhi after Zirakpur while coming from Chandigarh. Attracts a lot of crowd like people who are travelling in this belt, prefere to stop here. Service is good, the ambience is also good and the coffee is Starbucks only! The ambience is actually good because it has other competitors as well nearby and kids has a separate play area outside this Starbucks. We have tried their cheesecake which is actually yumm.
I recently visited this Starbucks outlet and overall had a great experience. The drinks were top-notch as always and the environment was cozy and inviting. I particularly enjoyed the ambiance, with the warm lighting and comfortable seating. As for the service, it was good but not quite up to the same level as the drinks and atmosphere. The baristas were efficient and got my order correct, but they weren't as friendly and engaging as I've experienced at other Starbucks locations. Despite this, I still had a positive overall experience and would give the store a rating of 4.5 stars. Overall, Starbucks is a reliable and enjoyable place to grab a coffee or tea. The drinks are consistently high quality and the store design creates a welcoming atmosphere. While the service wasn't quite as friendly as I would have liked on this particular visit, I would still highly recommend this location (and Starbucks in general) to others.
Some senior management need to take stock of this Starbucks outlet. Utter contempt for the brand they are working. When I entered the outlet, sheer casual attitude of entire team was visible, The store was untidy, loitered with used left overs, nobody bothered to make sure tables are cleaned for new patrons. Wake up Starbucks Ambala.....you bringing disrepute to the brand. Please see photo graphs. Was inside the store for 15 minutes,came out with my coffee, couldn't sit inside because nobody was there to clean any of the tables.
Barista, a guy with turban, was very busy talking to his friends (outsiders). Even after many requests by me and the staff girl at the counter, he didn't made my drink as he was busy talking to his friends. Whenever we enter starbucks, someone from staff always greets us, but at this place no one greeted. When my order was ready, my name was not called and when after long I asked where is my order than than they handed over my drink which was already kept there for a long time.
Starbucks this outlet has just opened a few days back . I have been to this outlet twice. Just after Abala Cannt and before Shabad Markandey on left side while going to Delhi .This is multibrand outlet building which has Burger King outlet , Drive thru & Subway outlet. Good Ambience wonderful seating arrangement and clean washroom. A very good and polite staff . Ample parking so no issues. We had Hot 2 Capuchino and 1Javachip Frappuccino . Starbucks needs no certificate of taste so not writing anything about taste as it always tastes best . Finally people like my Daughter a ardent Starbucks lover can now relax in Punjab tour on highway . Must from my side .
Yesterday Visited Starbucks at NDI Plaza, Ambala at Delhi-Chandigarh Highway. Sitting area is OK. Dark theme and lightings of Cafe is just fine. Staff is very humble and responsive. Service is prompt. Tried Caramel and Mocha Cookie Caramel Frappuccino. Coffee was made from real coffee beans. The taste and essence of coffee was good. But blend of ice and cream with coffee disappointed us. DISAPPOINTMENT - Starbucks Cold Coffee was total disappointment. We will try their Hot Coffee some other day. Prices are totally on high side. This place is located on GT road and name of the complex is NDI plaza and the village is called mohra in ambala. About the Starbucks the place is a standard Starbucks with starbucks menu and prices. Staff is friendly, polite and somewhat inexperienced but things will change in future as with time they will gain experience. Usual place for coffee and sandwiches other than that standard menu they have and ample sitting space. Keep smiling:)
