This is the first time I stepped into star bucks and had egg puff and fresh vanilla milk shake and to my surprise both the items are very tasty and especially the egg puff is so soft and juicy.
Riya Fathima was quite rude at the kiosk. There were 6 staff but not one responded. They made us wait for 10 mins just for billing. There was so much confusion in pricing one filter coffee too. Very poor service

Tried Starbucks coffee in Chennai for the first time after tasting it abroad quite a few times. The taste of both the cappuccino and iced caramel macchiato was really good. I feel that the price was on the higher side compared to other coffee shops around but can definitely give it a try once a while.
I really appreciate a girl rekha for exceptional customer service. She gave a brief explanation about the difference between latte and Capuchino. At last she told me to try chocolate latte( double mocha latte) and that was delicious.

Compare to the other Starbucks around chennai this place was small and conjusted. Didn't like the taste also. Staff was less attentive might be because of the huge rush.dont know other starbucks around gives decent vibe comparing it with this place.
