This Starbucks outlet is located in the Domestic departures terminal of T2 CSIA, Mumbai in the food court area which is close to the several boarding gates. When it comes to the service they need to work on the professional terms and improving the skills to serve the clients. Being located at Airport they have kept the interiors as average when compared to usual starbucks outlets but it is due to space constraints. Regards #dardkadevta
No queuing system was waiting to be served and the staff just served another person who barged in angry for no reason. When told he could see I was waiting the staff just stared at me dumbly. There were 6 staff members and yet it took 20 mins to serve me. The order was just a simple flat white. After I got my coffee and a crowd had build up the staff member then announces for all to queue looking at me smugly. Not the service I expected from Starbucks. This one still has a long way to go.
Tried Red Velvet & Orange cheesecake & Their Signature Salted Caramel frappe. There is mild taste of orange in red velvet cheesecake, totally loved it. But their new coffee was not that good. Got disappointed for the first time by the recommendation. It was too salty.

Hot drink wasn't hot enough and upon asking the staff heating up the drink seemed a solution not possible. Something not expected out of Starbucks.
