Mrs. Eliza, the manager, appeared disengaged and visibly frustrated, which set an uneasy tone in the cafe. When it was my turn to place an order, Mrs. Eliza seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. Her lack of enthusiasm and indifference made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Despite the bustling environment, her dismissive demeanor towards customers and the staff was inexcusable.
Their staff is incredibly helpful and offers fantastic customization options. The sweet manager ensures top-notch service, setting them apart from other places. Highly recommended!
Starbucks is always my favorite and the Hospitality given by Mr. Naresh Rawat was excellent and the human touch he provides adds more flavor in the beautiful experience of coffee in this quite and peaceful outlet.
