Prime location located at the centre of Kathipara flyover. Very good atmosphere. Building is designed with traditional style. service is good. place is crowded, you'll find difficulty in finding place. Coffee is not that great. if you've tried starbucks coffee in usa or other countries, you won't like here. not worth for money, better try in ID which is just next to it. place is good to relax not for coffee
It's costly as per the brand name. The star bucks is always costly but the taste does not match the expectation. I don't like to waste the hard-earned money just for such spots. The prices are above 300rs only. It does not have any combos or even summer offers. The place is located on the main junction. Good interiors and service. But wouldn't recommend going for the Strawberry Acai lemonade as it had very less quantity of lemonade and was mostly ice. The strawberry also didn't taste good
The ambience was so good, it's open 24X7. Even at midnight, the crowd was moderate. Loved the ambience & coffee. Good place to spend time with friends for hangouts & catch ups. The location was perfect, many other shops were present nearby.
Love this place. Service can be better and I'm sure it will improve. Tables have to be cleared faster. Also, lot of dirt on the floor. There's nobody to wipe the floor.

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff had poor communication skills and a very bad attitude. I ordered through the app and received a notification after a 20-minute wait that my drink was ready. However, when I approached the counter, my drink wasn't prepared, requiring an additional 10-minute wait. To make matters worse, they served me the wrong drink and completely ignored the customizations I had requested.
