I tried the chicken wrap and shakes at Starbucks Lulu mall. I ordered a grapefruit orange black tea. However the taste was not to my expectations. The staff came and asked me the feedback of the new drink which was added to the menu. However when i said it was not upto my expectations, immediately he replaced it with something of my choice without charging me additional. So happy with their service.

The New York Cheesecake and the Flat White Coffee are amazing choices in this Starbucks. The seating arrangement should be improved. Customer service is topnotch. Good job Starbucks!!

My fist visit to Lulu mall starbucks and felt very happy. Good place specially for ME time. Places are accessible with more sockets. Staffs are very polite and co-operative. Plan to visit again.

I ordered a capuchino (time around 16.05 hrs on 18th November 2023) slightly warmer than normal with less foam. The drink was served as a normal coffee, and to make it worse, tasting of milk not coffee. Asked them to make it again. The staff saved maybe 20 or 30 bucks for the company but served the same now tasting as coffee made with burnt seeds. I would be asking my 37 staff not to venture here for it is wasting money and spoiling ones mood too. Thanks.

Had a good experience here. Coffee was great as usual. Can work a bit here if required, but not really recommended to. Barista was friendly and helpful as usual.
