As usual this is a very comfortable place to sit and enjoy your coffee. The staffs are very friendly and help you with all your requirements. As usual the coffee and a food at the best. I kind of feel that washroom and related areas could be more clean. The parking facility was available but I feel for four wheeler parking it could be a little bit difficult. Other than Starbucks there were many other restaurants in the same premises. The place where not very crowded Although I went there on a Saturday morning. Most of the tables for empty. The location was fantastic and easy to access. Visiting here again very soon.

Extremely bad experience on 22 Oct 23 evening when we went for a ice coffee. We asked for 2 cold lattes and 1 hot coffee. When it was delivered all were hot. The response was you didn't specify which one. My doubt is if we didn't specify, which we did I fact, how can he presume that the order is for hot. The best part was the way he responded, no apologies, extremely casual about the goof up. Very disappointed.

Located on hitech main road with good parking facility. Nice ambience. Great place for a nice coffee and to hang on with friends

He Explained, That There Are 3 Different Roast Profiles - Blonde , Medium And Dark Roast Coffee, Where One Is From Sumatra,The Asian Region , Kenya -Africa And Italian ! Every Coffee Has Its Own Different Method Of Making And Growing Techniques That Support Starbucks ! However, The Blanche, From Karnataka Which Is French For White, Is A Little Less Darker, As Compared To The Others ! How Awesome Is The Fact, That Just Like Wines, Coffee Also Goes Through Almost 200 Checks To Form The Perfect Blend, But Still Has To Go Through At Least 6 Tastings, Before Its Passed On To The Customer ! The Coffee Berry, Which Is Red In Colour From Outside, Which Forms A Major Part Of The Fruit / Bean But The Bean Increases In Size, When Roasted ! He Also Explained, How The Weather In Those Regions, Has A Significant Effect On The End Result / Blend, Just Like Wine From A Hilly Reagion Will Tast Different, As Opposed To A Wine Produced Near The Sea And What A Beautiful Way Of Tasting Coffee Where You Smell The Decoction, Feel The Essence And Form Your Own Opinion About It ! And The Same, When It's Slurped From The Tiny Little Tasting Cup What An Experience, That I Will Cherish Forever Thank You Starbucks Pheonix Tower, Hi Tech City Hyderabad !

It was a nice cozy place. A view of the road from the Starbucks seating was satisfying. The coffee was great. The same taste at every outlet and also staff was really polite. No crowd and silent to spent good time at the Starbucks. One can visit and work from here as there will very less crowd and no disturbance.

Nice and cool environment. Can meet here for a chit chat with friends and the environment is quite silence. Liked it.

They change the sitting pattern , The new chairs are not comfort (only useful for kids). Some times coffee they make good some times very bad at taste. Cost is same as USA ($4.95= Rs 400 at $81.0) for medium cups. Other food & stuff are same at their standard rates all time. Charging Points are also not working two sides of the corner.

Nice place to sit and have coffee calm and quite place , surrounded by others dinning thing like KFC, baskin robbins MAC D, but the cake is not available there for which we went there but unfortunately we didn't get there. Overall nice place to hang and party
