Hatsoff to Tata for running Starbucks brand in such a smooth way in India. Today, we had a great experience in Surat, at Starbucks outlet with my family. Sharing some beautiful moments, too.
The outlet maintains the Starbucks standards! The staff is friendly & polite. The service is fast & the baristas frequently asks about the feedback of the drinks & if there's any issue according to one's taste, they fix it! Since this outlet is in the mall, I would not suggest one to go on a weekend as it gets pretty crowded & it gets difficult to work.
Located in the ground floor of VR Mall. Stopped by for a good old latte and hot chocolate on a rainy afternoon with butter croissant and chicken egg cheese croissant. Like any other outlet. Warm, cosy and so full of aroma of freshly ground coffee
We had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks. At first the staff didnt understand what we were ordering and over charged on each of the drinks with out telling us we had to pay. They didnt tell us that flavours and espresso cost extra so they gave us a refund. After 20 minutes our drinks didnt arrive because they cancelled our order without telling us. Then, they messed up our order and didnt accept any of their mistakes. Horrible customer service and the staff was not properly trained and they had no worth ethic, not knowing what to did. It took over 45 minutes and wasted our tine. Do not come to this Starbucks as you will not enjoy your experience.
What to write about Starbucks . Everyone knows the coffee and other varieties of Starbuck. Go any time with your friends or family. American Chees cake with red berries compote is very creamy and nuty in test which just sumptuous . The crust is also very good it's very crunchy . It's 4 dish.
The place has an ambiance of its own! It's peaceful yet you feel like you're in a crowd. The seating is comfortable and the staff is very polite! Although it is costly but can visit once a month.
I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. The taste of the coffee is so amazing. if you love the aromatic smell of coffee then you will get it here while enjoying your coffee. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again!
